Composition Carbon Black Content=48±2% Carrier=ABS Product Description Black ABS2718 is an economy, high tint strength black masterbatch based on ABS containing high opacity carbon black. It is designed for use in jet black, high gloss injection molding items, sheets and pipes for general purpose. Not suitable for blowing film. Range of Application Black ABS2718 is designed for use in ABS. Method of Usage Black ABS2718 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment. Recommended Dosage 1-3% subjected to the final products requirements. Physical Properties Density(25℃) : 1450kg/m3 Melting Flow Index : 45g/10min (21.6kg/190℃) Moisture Content : 0.2% Packaging Black ABS2718 is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags. It should be stored in a dry place. Quoted test results should not be used for specification purposes but are typical test values intended for guidance only without warranty.
